ELI Interplay Progress Report
Have you reached your relationship goals? Take a second ELI to measure your progress. Are your energies collaborating more than conflicting? Are you tapping into more productive levels of energy to lead and communicate with each other more effectively? Get the answers to these questions and more with an ELI Interplay Progress Report. Recommended at least six months after your initial ELI Interplay assessment. Includes:
Access for each individual to complete the online assessment (~20 minutes)
Two Energy Leadership reports (includes your individual assessment results)
Two 45-minute debriefs to analyze each individual’s progress since their previous assessment
A 45-minute collective debrief to explore what’s shifted and identify new opportunities for improvement.
IMPORTANT: After purchasing any ELI service, please allow up to 24 hours to receive the link to the online assessment. Once you have completed the online assessment, your results will be shared with me, and I will analyze the data in preparation for your debrief. I will email you within 72 hours (3 days) from the completion of the assessment and share your Energy Leadership report along with guidance for scheduling your debrief. If you do not receive your resources within the stated timeframes or have any trouble finding an appointment that works for your schedule, please contact me immediately.
